Terms and Conditions – Photography Sessions

1. Booking & Deposit

To confirm the date and time of the session, a non-refundable deposit of the percentage agreed upon in the selected package is required. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session or before the delivery of the photographs, as agreed.

2. Punctuality

Strict punctuality is requested. In case of client delay, the lost time will be deducted from the session duration. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes without prior notice, the session may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In case of rain, adverse weather conditions, or situations that compromise the quality or safety of an outdoor session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost to a new available date.

4. Cancellations

The reservation deposit is strictly non-refundable. If the client decides to permanently cancel the session, the deposit will be forfeited to cover the reserved time and administrative costs.

5. Session Location

The client is responsible for obtaining any permits required to enter private or restricted-access locations. Entrance fees, parking, or permit costs will be covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery of Photographs & Timelines

Proof photographs will be delivered digitally via an online gallery within 7 days following the session. The client will have a maximum of 30 days to select the photographs that will go into the album and/or enlargements, depending on their package.

7. Editing

All final delivered images include full professional editing (color grading, exposure, contrast, and light skin/detail retouching). RAW files or unedited photographs will not be provided under any circumstances, as they do not represent the final product of the studio.

8. Copyrights

The photographer retains the copyright to all images. The client receives a personal use license to print and share the photographs. It is not permitted to modify, edit, apply filters, or use the images for commercial purposes without written authorization from the photographer.

9. Promotional Use

Unless the client indicates otherwise in writing before the session, the photographer may use some images for their portfolio, social media, website, and promotional material.

10. Liability

The photographer shall not be held liable for accidents, losses, or damages occurring during the session that are out of their control. The client assumes full responsibility for any minors and individuals accompanying them throughout the entire session.
