Terms of Service

Reservations and deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the package value is required to confirm the date. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the event.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation more than 60 days in advance, the deposit may be applied to a future date. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance are non-refundable.

Material delivery

Edited photographs are delivered within 3-4 weeks. Luxury albums have an additional production time of 6-8 weeks.

Intellectual property

Robi's Photo Studio retains the copyright to all images. The client receives a personal use license. Written authorization is required for commercial use.

Liability

In the unlikely event of a technical failure, our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We always work with backup equipment.
